Dialed-RC 1/8th Buggy Tire Sidewall Stiffener Inner Support Adaptor (4)

These sidewall stiffeners are designed to be glued to the inside of the outer tire sidewall. The stiffener needs to be tacked on so it does not come loose while driving. 1/8 buggy tires have a lot of sidewall flex which generates traction in loose conditions. Unfortunately this can cause oversteer, traction rolling, and inconsistency on high grip surfaces. But using these sidewall stiffeners, you can fine tune your tires for the feel you are looking for. The standard option is to only glue on the front tires for a less aggressive/twitchy feel. On abrasive blue grooves, you can use them in all 4 tires for more tire slip in the corners without flipping over. They are not only better for high bite tracks, they are also good on bumpy and rutted out tracks as the stiffer sidewall allows the buggy to slide and skim over the ruts without catching them for less flipping over. These are not required but are just another option to help you get that Dialed feel with whichever tire pattern you are using.
